“ Today, my husband and I went to lunch at Godfather’s Pizza. Though the buffet looked amazing, we went ahead and ordered an all meat specialty pizza and some cheese sticks with 2 drinks. Our cashier was super friendly, and you could tell that everyone working there was happy to be there and that they are good people. The atmosphere was wholesome. We picked a table, and went to get our drinks. I silently kicked myself, I had forgotten to specify that I would only have water. Due to several medical issues, I have to watch my sugar intake and can’t have caffeine. I can’t even describe my joy upon finding Caffeine Free Diet Coke at the soda fountain! It was the first time in over 6 months I had something other than water at a restaurant!! I sipped my soda with a big grin on my face, and when the cheese sticks and pizza came out, both of us ate happily. The food was hot, delicious, and Godfather’s Pizza just might be my new favorite Grand Island restaurant! ”

“ If Godfather's combo was the last pizza on earth, I would be strangely comfortable with that. I have loved that pizza since I was 16 in Ralston, NE and it's still as good today. Can't help but enjoy the taco pizza, too, as it is thick and piled high on their original crust and it's one of my favorite taco pies. The Hawaiian with bacon was a nice surprise and was also quite good. Salad bar is average and a bit small, but that isn't what you go there for. Enjoy the pizza, made hot and fresh when you order it. ”
